Card Usage

Either party may terminate the banking relationship upon written notice. SaveRidge Capital may suspend or terminate services for compliance breaches or misuse.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in New York.
